Physical Logistics Process Improvement Team Leader

**Your contribution to something big**:

- Participate in the logistics strategy definition for plant supply chain and identify lean solutions that support our way towards process excellence and innovation;
- Lead a team responsible for physical logistics process improvement projects, raw materials, and finish goods external warehouses and operations management;
- You will supervise and control project milestones, tasks, scope, timelines, expenses, and risks impacting projects;
- You will be responsibility to support central and plant strategic logistics projects implementation according to timeline;
- You will be responsible for external logistics provider services control and improvement;
- You will lead and participate in tenders to define external service provider partners for warehousing services;
- You will participate in workshops to define internal logistics concepts;
- You will support process standardization in internal logistics areas and coordinate process confirmation activities to assure processes sustainability;
- Being strong promoter of the team, and actively seeking for improvement opportunities;
- Delegating tasks, and mentoring associates in their development;
- Suggest and implement initiatives to keep your best-in-class team highly qualified and motivated.

**Qualifications**:
**What distinguishes you**:

- Enthusiasm: Enthusiastic for logistics and warehousing, we desire someone that has fun to collaborate with several stakeholders (internal and external), passionate for continuous improvement and problem solving.
- Leadership: You have proven leadership record with high acceptance at different levels with ability to give/receive feedback and inspire to achieve targets and overcome challenges.
- Know How: We want someone with good knowledge about supply chain and warehouse processes.
- Experience in problem solving and process mapping tools. Knowledge in BPS and other lean tools. Knowledge in SAP is preferred.
- Personality: We are looking for someone with a strong teamwork ability and communication skills, empathic, with self-driven and CIP mindset.
- Experience: We are looking for someone with a minimum 3 years of experience in automotive industry operations, preferably with background in physical logistics and project management.
- Education: Background in Industrial Engineering or similar.
- Working: good skills to understand complex tasks and processes, being result-orientated, self-organized and self-motived to drive changes among the organization. You have analytical mindset and resilience to use the results to further processes improvement.
- Languages: Fluent proficiency in English is mandatory (spoken and written).
