**Job Title: Customer Support Agent (French Speaker)**

**Location**: Lisbon, Portugal

**Job Type**: Full-Time

Our dynamic and multicultural team in Lisbon is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Support Agent who is fluent in French. **Responsibilities**:

- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain thorough and accurate customer records in our database.
- Collaborate with other departments to solve complex customer problems.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to ensure accurate information is provided to customers.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Native or fluent French speaker.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
