In this instance, we are on the lookout for a/an Subcontracting Engineer to join projects in Sines, Portugal.

**Location**:Sines.

**Work Modality**:On site.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the administration of construction contracts.
- Prepare the financial status of each contract.
- Study and analyze change orders and claims submitted by contractors.
- Coordinate and monitor progress curves used for monthly certifications.
- Maintain correspondence records with contractors.
- Manage contractual amendments.
- Ensure compliance with contractual conditions.
- Issue the monthly report on construction contracts.
- Handle the contractual close-out agreements with construction contractors.

Prepare the evaluation report of construction contractors.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Engineering, with related degrees in procurement or international trade also considered.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering or the Oil & Gas sector. Experience in construction projects will be valued.
- Proficiency in the MS Office package.
- Language skills: B2 level in English. Knowledge of Portuguese and/or French will be an asset.
