Order to Cash Specialist Location: Porto, Portugal (On-site) Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 09:00–18:00 Days Off: Saturday & Sunday Job Overview We are seeking German, French, or Dutch-speaking Order to Cash Specialists to join an international finance operations team based in Porto. This role is suitable for candidates with a background in Accounting or Finance who are looking to develop their career in a structured, multinational environment. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end Order to Cash (O2C) process, from order validation to payment collection Handle invoicing, accounts receivable, and customer account reconciliations Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on overdue balances Resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders in the assigned language Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and deadlines Support reporting activities and contribute to process improvements Requirements Fluency in German OR French OR Dutch (C1–C2 level) English B2 level or higher Background and hands-on experience in Accounting, Finance, Order to Cash, or Accounts Receivable Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, international environment Salary & BenefitsCompetitive salary above market standardsMeal allowance included Fixed Monday–Friday schedule Opportunity for professional growth in a global organization Apply now to be part of an international finance team and take the next step in your professional journey in Porto
