Our flagship clinic in Cascais, Portugal is live and growing fast — attracting patients from across Europe, UK, and the US.Our mission goes beyond just providing treatment — we’re making fertility care:More successfulMore humanMore accessible across bordersNow we’re looking for someone to help bring that message to the world — and convert it into paying patients.Your roleWe’re looking for a freelance performance marketing operator who can take full ownership of our paid acquisition funnel — especially on Meta, and ideally with Google Ads and light SEO as support.You will:Own Meta ad campaign creation, scaling, and optimizationStructure and execute Google Ads campaigns (search, remarketing, display)Continuously test and refine ad creatives, copy, CTAs, forms and landing pagesLive and breathe metrics like CPL, CTR, LSR, CAC, and ROASAdvise on creative formats and hooks based on data — we have design resources ready to executeThis is a data-driven growth role, not a branding one.Your profileYou are a growth hacker with strong performance roots, obsessed with conversions and algorithms.You likely have:3–7 years of experience in performance marketing in DTC, health, or high-CAC verticalsMastery of Meta ads (IG/FB) and Google Ads — you’ve scaled campaigns across marketsAn analytical brain: you think in experiments, patterns, and funnelsA strategic eye for ad psychology: you know why people click, and why they don’tBonus: Experience in out-of-pocket healthcare, medical tourism, or fertilityYou don’t need hand-holding.
