What You Will Do Provide high-quality support to SMB clients via chat, email, and phoneAssist customers before and after sales to ensure smooth use of digital advertising toolsShare product insights and practical advice to help clients optimize their business growthIdentify and communicate trends or issues to internal teams to enhance customer experienceAdapt quickly to changing needs and continuously develop your knowledge about digital platforms What You Bring Polish language proficiency at C2 level and good command of English (B2 level)At least 1 year of experience in customer service or similar rolesFamiliarity with online advertising and social media concepts is a plusExcellent communication skills: verbal, written, and active listeningAbility to learn fast and adapt in a dynamic environmentStrong problem-solving skills and proactive client support approach Why Join Us?
