Voici ce que vous allez faire :• Répondre aux appels entrant et aux demandes des clients en résolvant leurs problèmes en faisant preuve d’empathie et de professionnalisme. Vous serez responsable de la sécurité des contenus publiés sur les réseaux sociaux, en vous assurant qu'ils sont conformes à la réglementation ;• Examiner les vidéos, l’images, l'audio, rechercher du contenu inapproprié, avant qu'il ne soit pas mis en ligne ;• Éliminer et bloquer les contenus non conformes, ainsi que filtrer, organiser et évaluer les informations ;• Contribuer à créer une meilleure expérience utilisateur, en aidant à améliorer également les stratégies et les opérations ;• Signaler immédiatement tout contenu qui enfreint la réglementation communautaire.• Maintenir une saisie précise des demandes, questions et réactions des consommateurs dans la base de données des services à la clientèle.• Résoudre les problèmes à l'aide de questions ouvertes, de documents d'assistance et de formations sur le système.• Être en mesure de proposer des recommandations pour résoudre des problèmes courants ou des questions fréquemment posées.Requirements• Langue maternelle française (C1 ou C2) ;• Bonne connaissance de l'anglais (B2) ;• Vous avez un passeport européen ou un permis légal pour travailler au Portugal ;• Vitesse de frappe de 25 mots à la minute ;• Disponibilité pour travailler sur des postes décalés ;• Une première expérience en contact client est un plus ;• Bonne écoute et empathie ;• Esprit d'équipe et flexibilité ;• Bonne gestion de son temps.Benefits• Frais de déplacement remboursés ;• Prise en charge à l'aéroport ;• Possibilité de vivre dans l'un des appartements de l'entreprise, tous frais payés ;• Indemnité de repas ;• Formation et coaching ;• Excellente opportunité de travail dans une entreprise multinationale de premier plan;• Travail stable et progression de carrière;• Assurance maladie privée dès le premier jour ;• Cours de portugais gratuits, activités sportives et événements organisés.Respecting your privacy (and your right to inbox sanity), we have a simple question.
