Descrição do emprego We are looking for an IT Project Manager to join a university’s IT organization based in Lisbon. This professional will play a key role in bridging the gap between technology and business areas (Sales, Finance, Academics). Main responsibilities: Act as a business process analyst, translating business needs into IT requirements Manage IT projects across different domains: infrastructure, communications, and applications Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet both technical feasibility and business objectives Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget Habilitações University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or related field Solid technical background with understanding of IT infrastructure, communications, and applications Proven experience in business process analysis and project management General business knowledge in sales, finance, and academic processes Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English (mandatory) Ability to work autonomously, with a positive and proactive mindset Project Management certifications (, PMP, IPMA, Agile/Scrum) are a plus País Portugal Localização Lisbon Tipo de contrato Contrato sem Termo
