Kein Verkauf – hier steht die Unterstützung im Vordergrund.📋 Deine Aufgaben📞 Beantwortung von Anfragen über Telefon, E-Mail und Live-Chat📂 Betreuung von Klein- und Mittelstandskund:innen nach dem Kauf von Dienstleistungen🔧 Technischer Support (z. B. Werbeschaltung, Pixel, Kataloge, Fehlermeldungen)💳 Klärung von Zahlungs- und Abrechnungsfragen🔍 Nutzung einer internen Wissensdatenbank zur selbständigen Lösungsfindung📣 Proaktive Rückrufe nach Erstkontakt über E-Mail oder Chat👤 Dein ProfilSehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und SchriftGute Englischkenntnisse (mind.
