Learn more about it THE OPPORTUNITYWe are hiring a Mid-level React Native Software Engineer for our CARE team in Portugal Join our growing CARE team at Wellhub and help us build the next generation of AI-powered solutions. This role focuses on generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) + LLMs fine-tuning, and data pipelines. WHO YOU AREWe expect you to have the following qualifications: Consolidated experience in web/mobile developmentExperience with ReactJS/React Native ecosystemExperience with monitoring, observability, and KPIs trackingExperienced in implementing prototypes and in practices and concepts such as MVP, A/B testing, and feature toggles for rolling out features to productionProficient in a broad range of common UX patternsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skillsExperience with microservices and high-volume distributed systemsStrong communication skills, including verbal and written English and PortugueseBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline or equivalent practical experience The following would be considered a plus: Experience with Firebase ecosystem (Custom events, remote configs, Crashlytics)Experience with micro-frontendsExperience with other component-driven libraries/frameworks and Hybrid Native approachExperience with Design SystemExperience with TypescriptExperience with System IntegrationsExperience with AWSExperience in our in general We recognize that individuals approach job applications differently.
