Descrição do empregoMain responsibilities : Prepare and present regular financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).Conduct detailed variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.Analyze financial results, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.Supports the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational goals.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the FP&A function.Assist in the development of long-term financial plans and strategies.Participate in cross-functional projects, offering financial expertise and strategic support.QualificaçõesMinimum: Frequency in University in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or equivalentProfessional experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or a related role of at least 5 years in multinational environmentFluent English (mandatory) and French and Spanish is a plusGood MS Office knowledge, of which high-level in Excel is mandatoryTeam oriented in multicultural work environmentSomeone hands-on, proactive, enthusiastic, and with strong communication skills.Deep understanding of accounting principles and practices, with strong analytical, problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
