At the moment, we intend to strengthen our local team We have an excellent professional development opportunity for an: Internal Service Assistant What is expected in the role? Reporting directly to the Help Desk department supervisor, the main tasks will be: Prepare spare parts quotations Process warranty procedures Manage access to Daikin platforms Administrative support to the internal technicians and engineers. Who are we looking for? Candidate with a complete high school level (12º ano) Basic technical knowledge of mechanics/electromechanics and/or HVAC will be a plus Knowledge of English (minimum B1); High level of autonomy to carry out tasks, ensuring strict follow-up of their activities.
