Let’s make it happenWhat you will do:Align market needs with the overall supply chain strategy.Ensure optimal stock levels by calculating quantities needed from each supplier.Optimize inventory levels and plan supply needs for one of our European regions.Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to maintain strong supply availability and address bottlenecks.Work closely with country teams to develop strategies that solve supply and inventory challenges.Play a key role in designing and developing Emma’s S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process.Who we're looking for:Background in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.Previous experience in Supply Chain or S&OP.Strong data management skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets (experience with data querying and visualization tools is a plus).Highly structured and organized, with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Communicative team player with very good English skills.What we offer:Responsibility and decision-making authority from your first day The opportunity to work on challenging tasks that contribute to your professional growth Work independently and as part of a dedicated, international team Private Health Insurance and 24 vacations days per year, with 1 extra day per year worked (until a limit of 29 days per year) 22 remote days per quarter policy, with offices in Parque das Nações, Lisbon.
