O que esperamos de ti Assegurar a operação contínua, a manutenção proativa e a aceitação de novos sistemas e serviços de voz em ambientes VoLTE e IMS, garantindo a sua estabilidade e performance. Planear, gerir e executar projetos end-to-end, desde a conceção à implementação, relacionados com a evolução e otimização dos sistemas e serviços de voz. Desenvolver e implementar soluções de automação para otimizar os processos de Operação e Manutenção (O&M), aumentando a eficiência e reduzindo a intervenção manual. Especificar e implementar ferramentas e scripts de automação para a monitorização de indicadores de Qualidade de Serviço (QoS) e outros KPIs, garantindo uma visão clara da performance dos serviços. Realizar a avaliação de KPIs de serviço e implementar ações corretivas ou otimizadoras na rede e nos serviços com base nas análises efetuadas. Elaborar e implementar Planos de Contingência robustos, e ser capaz de executá-los em situações críticas para garantir a máxima disponibilidade do serviço. O que procuramos Formação superior em Engenharia (preferencialmente Telecomunicações/Informática) com foco em VoLTE/IMS.  Mínimo de 2 anos de experiência comprovada em operação, manutenção e aceitação de Serviços de Voz em ambientes IMS e VoLTE. Proficiência na avaliação de KPIs de serviço e na execução de ações adequadas na rede e serviços. Experiência na leitura e análise aprofundada de protocolos de comunicação de voz e dados (, SIP, Diameter, RTP, DNS, HTTP). Experiência na elaboração, implementação e execução de Planos de Contingência em situações críticas. Domínio de sistemas operativos Linux. Experiência em programação, nomeadamente Java e JavaScript (Python será uma mais-valia). Experiência de trabalho em equipa, com distribuição clara de funções e responsabilidades. Perfil proativo, flexível, com forte vontade de aprender e resolver desafios, inteligente emocionalmente, colaborativo e comunicativo.
