Position: Content Reviewer Location: Lisbon, Portugal Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Review and evaluate health-related prompts according to guidelinesAssess AI model responses for accuracy, helpfulness, clarity, tone, and cultural relevanceIdentify errors, hallucinations, or inappropriate content and provide constructive feedbackDocument issues and suggest improvements to guidelines and AI model outputsParticipate in team calibration sessions and share best practicesManage multiple tasks independently while collaborating effectively with the teamFollow company and client procedures, KPIs, and confidentiality requirementsSupport workflow improvements and undertake ad hoc tasks as needed. REQUIREMENTS: Native/fluent in German both written and spoken. Good command in English (minimum B2 level)Strong understanding of German culture, local standards, units, slang, and nuancesExcellent communication and analytical skills with attention to detailBasic computer skills and typing speed of 3540 WPMAbility to multitask, work in shifts, and manage workload independentlyGeneral knowledge of health and wellness; familiarity with wearable metrics is a plusExperience in content review, data annotation, or quality assurance is advantageousUndergraduate or graduate degree in any field.
