The role requires strong customer service skills combined with sales awareness, with a focus on supporting seller growth and success. Key Responsibilities: Provide customer support to sellers via email, chat, and/or phone in French and English Assist sellers with account management, platform usage, and performance-related inquiries Apply sales awareness to positively influence seller performance and engagement Identify opportunities to guide sellers toward best practices and platform tools Ensure high-quality service delivery in line with KPIs and SLAs Accurately document all interactions in internal systems Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex seller cases Mandatory Requirements: Fluent French and advanced English Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, telesales, account management, or customer success roles linked to business development Sales awareness and the ability to influence seller success (mandatory) Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary: 900€ (paid over 14 months) Complexity Bonus: 100€ (paid over 11 months) Meal Allowance: 7.63 € per day Health Insurance: since day 1 (free after 6 months of contract.)
