This will significantly increase your chances of successAbout the RoleWe are seeking an IT Technical Support Technician to provide in-person, on-site IT support to a large-scale user base (over 12,000 users) within a corporate environment. This is a hands-on field support role, requiring strong customer service orientation, excellent communication, and solid technical troubleshooting abilities.Main Responsibilities· Deliver in-person and face-to-face IT support in a large enterprise environment.· Provide remote assistance and on-desk/field troubleshooting when needed.· Follow ticket-based procedures and established IT service workflows.· Perform warehouse, stock control, logistics, and back-office tasks related to IT assets.· Support and troubleshoot end-user hardware (laptops, docking stations, screens, keyboards, headsets, etc.).· Offer L1 support for Cisco video conferencing systems.· Maintain and apply IT Security and Cybersecurity best practices within corporate environments.Required Skills & Qualifications🎓 Education: Degree or equivalent experience in IT or related field. 💡 Experience: 3–6 years of hands-on technical support experience.Technical Expertise:· Strong understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, Azure, and Intune.· Skilled in Windows and Office 365 environments.· Ability to diagnose and resolve network connectivity and hardware/software issues.· Experience supporting Apple devices (Mac, iPhone).· Familiarity with printers, smartpass systems, and audiovisual equipment (Cisco).· Awareness of IT Security and Cybersecurity protocols.· Knowledge of collaboration tools and network fundamentals.Main Technologies: MS Windows | M365 | Active Directory | Network Protocols | Printers | Cisco AV Equipment | iPhone & Mac | SmartpassSoft Skills· Exceptional communication and customer service orientation (mandatory).· Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.· Team-oriented, organized, and detail-driven.· Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.· Professional presentation and interpersonal skills.Language Requirements· English: Fluent (C1 – capable of maintaining and leading conversations).· Portuguese: Fluent (highly valued).#CI
