While building broad SAP BTP knowledge, you develop strong operational expertise in data and experience-focused services, especially SAP Data Intelligence, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP Business Data Cloud, and SAP Build Work Zone.You will:Support the operation of SAP BTP environments across different services, ensuring stability, security, and correct configurationOperate and support SAP Data Intelligence, including instance administration, application handling, connectivity, users, and policiesSupport data platforms on SAP BTP, including:SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) system administration, user and role support, and connectivitySAP Datasphere and SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) tenant administration, user and role management, and monitoringMonitor and troubleshoot data pipelines, workloads, integrations, and analytical scenariosSupport SAP Build Work Zone operations, including setup, configuration, content integration, and transportsAssist with incident handling, troubleshooting, and operational changes across SAP BTPCollaborate with senior consultants to ensure solutions are production-ready and operable What you bringYou bring a solid SAP BTP foundation, combined with a strong interest in data and analytics platforms and hands-on cloud operations.You bring:Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in SAP BTPCross-topic understanding of SAP BTP services, concepts, and administrationHands-on experience or strong practical exposure to SAP Data IntelligenceExperience or strong interest in SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, and/or SAP Business Data CloudBasic understanding of cloud operations processes (monitoring, incidents, changes)Structured working style, eagerness to learn, and good communication skillsA customer-oriented mindset and team spiritNice to have (not mandatory):Exposure to data pipelines, integration flows, or analytics scenariosFirst experience with SAP Build Work Zone, launchpad, or content federation concepts Where you belongYou will join a collaborative SAP Cloud Application Services team, working across SAP BTP topics while building clear expertise in data and experience services.
