Job Description This is a remote position. Location: Remote Workload: Full-Time  Candidates need to live north of Porto and within a commuting distance to Braga that allows daily travel for training and client visits. Position Overview: We are currently looking for French-speaking Customer Support Agents to join a fast-growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with leading global brands in the digital advertising space, supporting high-value clients and helping them grow their presence online. Main Responsibilities: - Provide support to high-level clients via chat, email, and phone. - Assist customers with the self-serve advertising platform and related tools. - Deliver pre- and post-sales support for digital advertising products. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, such as bugs or delivery errors. - Communicate updates and resolutions to clients in a timely and professional manner. - Identify opportunities for customers to enhance their advertising performance. - Gather client feedback and share product insights to improve user experience. Candidate Profile: - Fluency in French (mandatory) and proficient English. - Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. - Basic technical proficiency and computer skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - A team player with a proactive and customer-oriented mindset. - Previous experience in customer support or digital marketing is valued but not required. Requirements• Excellent communication skills; • Proficiency in English at a business level, with the ability to read, write, and speak fluently as required (B2); • Preferred experience in a contact center/service program for any CS company; • Product support experience is advantageous; • Familiarity with electric vehicle charging products and a basic understanding of sustainable energy solutions – nice to have; • Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment; • Troubleshooting skills, with the ability to investigate and understand complex customer issues; • Available to work on rotative shifts (24/7).
