Let’s fuse creativity with technology together and build innovative solutions that actively change things for the better.Job DescriptionDesign and develop firmware for embedded systems using C/C++ and other relevant programming languages;Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine software requirements;Create and maintain technical documentation, including software specifications and design documents;Implement and optimize algorithms for embedded applications;Debug and troubleshoot complex software issues;Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes;Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in embedded systems;Support testing and integration of embedded software with hardware components;Actively identify and implement process and product improvements;Provide technical support to team members and end-users as needed.QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related fieldProven experience in embedded software development and designStrong proficiency in C/C++ programming for embedded systemsExperience with real-time operating systems (RTOS) and embedded LinuxFamiliarity with microcontrollers and embedded hardware platformsKnowledge of hardware interfaces and communication protocols (, SPI, I2C, UART)Understanding of low-level hardware interactions and debugging techniquesExperience with version control systems (, Git) and software development toolsAbility to write clear and concise technical documentationFamiliarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesProactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of projectsProficiency in EnglishExperience with safety-critical systems is a plusAdditional InformationThe Devoteam Group works for equal opportunities, promoting its employees based on merit and actively fights against all forms of discrimination.
