POSITION SUMMARYWe're hiring a Systems Engineer to join our SRE team and help maintain and evolve Broadvoice's global infrastructure. You'll work across colocation datacenters, client-premises environments, and AWS regions to ensure our systems are secure, stable, and scalable.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESMaintain and troubleshoot systems and networks across 5 colocation datacenters, 4 client-premises sites, and 5 AWS regions.Perform upgrades, patching, backups, and configuration management.Support incident response and root cause analysis in collaboration with the NOC and Tenets teams.Implement infrastructure tooling and monitoring improvements.Document procedures and contribute to operational playbooks.Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend coverage.QUALIFICATIONS3+ years of experience in infrastructure or systems engineering.Strong Linux administration and networking skills.Experience with virtualization, storage, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).Solid understanding of monitoring and alerting systems.WHY BROADVOICE Grow Your CareerWhether you're interested in advancing technical skills, developing leadership acumen, or exploring new areas, we support your career journey with clear growth paths, access to learning resources, and mentorship.Enjoy FlexibilityWe know life happens outside of work.
