Senior FP&A Analyst Operations

What you will do. A glimpse in your role:As a key member of ourFinancial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)team, you will focus on theOperationsside of the business – includingRefunding, Processing, and Payments.Your role combines financial analysis, business partnering, and strategic support to drive performance across global operations.You will:Analyze and interpretactual performanceand partner withSVP OperationsandCountry Managing Directorsto identify efficiencies and business opportunities.Supportforecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Build trusted relationships across departments to provide meaningful insights for data-driven decision-making.Every action has an impact. You will make a difference here if:Partner withAccountingto understand actual results and manage the month-end closing process.Delivermonthly performance analyses(Actuals vs. Budget vs. Prior Year) to senior stakeholders.Manage and enhancebudgeting and forecasting modelsfor Operations in collaboration with the FP&A team.Provide analytical support to SVP Operations and Country MDs to optimize financial and operational decisions.Conduct analyses onprocessing costs, refund errors, unsuccessful payments, and recommend corrective actions.Identify and proposeprocess improvementsacross operations to enhance efficiency and profitability.Analyzerefund cost performanceandancillary revenues(e.g., Forex, Cash Fee) across markets.Support theVP FP&AandCFOwith strategic initiatives linked to operations.Key competencies to empower your journey.
