As a Trust & Safety Specialist, you will investigate reports, review user behavior, assess content or account activity, and apply platform policies to prevent misuse, fraud, or harmful behavior. You will operate in a structured decision-making environment with clear guidelines while applying contextual understanding and professional responsibility. Key Responsibilities You will review user reports, behavioral signals, and system alerts to determine whether actions violate established rules. You will analyze patterns, detect potential risks, and make fair, consistent enforcement decisions. You will document investigations thoroughly and escalate high-risk or complex cases following defined workflows. Clear reporting and accurate records are critical. You will contribute to fraud prevention, abuse mitigation, and compliance operations by identifying vulnerabilities, recurring issues, and potential policy gaps. Candidate Profile You are fluent in French and English and capable of handling sensitive or high-impact situations professionally. You demonstrate sound judgment, emotional maturity, and analytical thinking. You are structured, responsible, and detail-oriented. Experience in trust & safety, investigations, fraud prevention, risk operations, compliance, or online safety is an advantage.
