We are currently seeking a Trust & Safety Specialist fluent in French and English to support digital platform integrity, risk prevention, and user protection operations. This role is essential to ensuring safe interactions, regulatory compliance, and the enforcement of community standards across online services. As a Trust & Safety Specialist, you will investigate reports, review user behavior, assess content or account activity, and apply platform policies to prevent misuse, fraud, or harmful behavior. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining a secure, respectful, and trustworthy digital environment. This position requires strong analytical thinking, excellent judgment, and emotional intelligence. You will operate in a structured decision-making environment with clear guidelines while applying contextual understanding and professional responsibility. Key Responsibilities You will review user reports, behavioral signals, and system alerts to determine whether actions violate established rules. You will analyze patterns, detect potential risks, and make fair, consistent enforcement decisions. You will document investigations thoroughly and escalate high-risk or complex cases following defined workflows. Clear reporting and accurate records are critical. You will contribute to fraud prevention, abuse mitigation, and compliance operations by identifying vulnerabilities, recurring issues, and potential policy gaps. You will collaborate with quality teams, process specialists, and operational leads. Participation in regular training, calibration sessions, and policy updates is part of this role. You are expected to work with professionalism, confidentiality, and accountability, always prioritizing user safety and platform integrity. Candidate Profile You are fluent in French and English and capable of handling sensitive or high-impact situations professionally. You demonstrate sound judgment, emotional maturity, and analytical thinking. You are structured, responsible, and detail-oriented. You are comfortable following strict procedures and applying policies objectively. Experience in trust & safety, investigations, fraud prevention, risk operations, compliance, or online safety is an advantage. However, strong ethics, reliability, and critical thinking are equally valued.
