Introduction Sentence We are looking for a ServiceNow Administrator to cover parental leave at our Tech Hub in Porto. You will support and optimise the ServiceNow platform to ensure reliability, security, and efficiency. You’ll manage configurations, user access, incidents, and upgrades while driving continuous improvement and collaboration across teams to enhance workflows and user experience. Then apply and become part of our 7.1 Tech Hub teamWhat you can expect in this role You will configure and manage the ServiceNow platform to meet organizational needs, ensuring system health and optimal performance. You will manage user access and permissions, oversee incidents, and perform basic troubleshooting to maintain smooth platform operations. In addition, you will support reporting and analytics by maintaining dashboards and monitoring KPIs to identify areas for improvement. You will also participate in system upgrades and patching, ensuring security, compliance, and up-to-date functionality. Finally, you will maintain documentation and provide training to users, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and vendor management activities. Your essential experience and education 2+ years of hands-on experience in the administration of Corporate IT tools (e.g. Salesforce, MS365, SAP), preferably ServiceNow. Must-haves: Expertise in incident management processes; basic understanding of ITIL principles and JavaScript (or similar scripting languages). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a sense of ownership, great prioritization, and the ability to remain effective while multitasking.Nice-to-haves: Knowledge of SQL and REST APIs. A collaborative and motivated team player, eager to learn and grow, with a strong interest in new technologies and continuous improvement. Good verbal and written communication skills in English; German and/or Portuguese are a plus. What's in it for you?
