Job DescriptionAt Devoteam, we’re building a brand-new ServiceNow nearshore hub in Portugal to support our European operations. We’re looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer ready to design, build, and optimize impactful solutions from day one.What You’ll DoDevelop and customize ServiceNow applications, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSDM, and custom apps.Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code (JavaScript, AngularJS, jQuery, JSON).Build and maintain integrations with critical business systems.Troubleshoot, debug, and improve platform performance.Collaborate closely with architects, BAs, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.Mentor junior developers and share best practices.Qualifications3+ years as a ServiceNow Developer.Strong scripting skills (JavaScript mandatory, others a plus).Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture and module configuration.English fluency and strong teamwork skills.Why Devoteam:Greenfield projects — shape the technical direction from the start.Strategic, long-term engagements with global impact.Flexible hybrid (Lisbon/Porto) or full remote for the right profile.Fast growth in a top-tier multinational.Additional InformationThe Devoteam Group works for equal opportunities, promoting its employees based on merit and actively fights against all forms of discrimination.
