To learn more please visit Position Overview: The Payments Associate is responsible for ensuring that all payments are done on time according with the company policies for all ConvaTec entities.Key Responsibilities: Perform payment runs for all group entities supported by GBSPerform rush and manual payments when needed according to company policiesResolve any physical check payment issuesResearch and adjust payments when necessaryDevelop weekly forecastReport to Treasury urgent paymentsDeliver reports as Business Units requireCollect Direct DebitsInvestigate and correct payment rejections or returnsSkills & Experience: Attention to detailBe able to work with tight deadlines and with switching prioritiesProactive and creative in terms of improving ways of workingGood communication skillsAble to work as part of one teamQualifications/Education:Minimum 2 years of experienceDegree in Finance/Accounting is a plus but not mandatoryKnowledge of technology: MS Office, SAP, banking platformsLanguagesEnglish - mandatoryAdditional languages are a plusWorking Conditions Hybrid working – 1 days per week in the office – adaptable as Business requirementsInclusion in a multidisciplinary/multicultural teamModern officeGrowth opportunities within the companySpecial FactorsOccasional requirement to work on bank holidays as per Group Reporting CalendarReady to join us?At Convatec we're pioneering trusted medical solutions to improve the lives we touch.
