David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit an German speaking Content Moderator for their office in Lisbon.   Position: Content ModeratorLocation: Lisbon, Portugal Employment type: Full-time (6 month contract)Remuneration: Base salary DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintained strong knowledge and enthusiasm for leading e-commerce products, services, and industry standards Reviewed content in line with established service level agreements (SLAs) and quality benchmarks Ensured uploaded content complied with platform policies, legal standards, and safety guidelines Adapted to policy updates, schedule changes, and followed standard operating procedures with consistency Identified and escalated issues through proper internal channels, adhering to company protocols  REQUIREMENTS: Native/fluent in German both verbal and written (C2 level).
