Job Purpose: To ensure quality continuous support of Autodesk Learning Partner programs and maintain and improve all administration aspects of programsResponsibilities:Responsible for first line support of program within 3 day KPIManage escalations to resolutionGeneration and Distribution of all renewal processes from central teaNew Applications – Once passed by Sales team, process through to onboardingLicense renewal managementCreation and Maintenance of Global Reporting RequirementsCoordinating with PSM and Support Team members to ensure quality level of service at all timesEscalation of issues to Management and others, and management of issue to resolutionKnowledge Skills and Experience:Highly numerateTime management and prioritizing skillsGood communication skillsVery good level of EnglishWorking knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Outlook.Interpersonal SkillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyIT industry knowledge – Channel, Vendors, Programme and Competition would be an advantageKey SkillsCommunication, Microsoft Excel, Office Administration, Time Management, Working IndependentlyAt TD SYNNEX, our values guide everything we do: Together, We Own It, We Dare to Go, We Grow and Win, and above all, We Do the Right Thing.
