Digital Marketing Specialist German Speaker Location: Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid) Schedule: Rotative Monday to Sunday Contract Type: Permanent contract with 180-day probationRelocation Bonus About the Role We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist fluent in German to join an international team focused on delivering high-value digital marketing solutions. You will implement optimisation strategies across advertising platforms, analyse data, and provide actionable insights to maximise campaign performance for key clients. Compensation & Benefits Competitive Salary Premium Bonus: 3,240/year Meal Allowance: 7.63/day (paid via meal card, net) Transportation Bonus: 720/year Yearly Target Bonus: 5% of gross base salary Other Benefits: Health insurance, life insurance, family plan (spouse and children) Relocation Support: For candidates moving from outside Portugal: Assistance in finding housing tailored to your needs Relocation bonus of 2,500 gross paid with the first payroll cycle For candidates relocating within Portugal (100 km+ from Lisbon): Support bonus of 1,500 gross Full paid training on products and digital marketing techniques Career development opportunities and professional growth programs Your Role Implement optimisation strategies for high-value customers Manage social media advertising campaigns, primarily via Google Ads Create keyword packs, bid strategies, and budget suggestions Develop expertise across Google products including Google Search Network (GSN), Mobile, and YouTube Analyse campaign data and trends to generate actionable insights Report on key performance indicators and overall campaign performance Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client results and satisfaction Your Profile Fluent in German and proficient in English Minimum 12 months of experience in digital marketing optimisation (Google, Facebook, TikTok, or other platforms preferred) Strong Excel skills and analytical mindset Good understanding of digital marketing KPIs and campaign metrics Detail-oriented, organised, and results-driven Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment Comfortable using data to make informed marketing decisionsSend your CV today
