You will be responsible to: We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Planner/Scheduler to lead and own the project planning and scheduling function across major engineering projects.This position is accountable for developing and maintaining fully integrated project schedules, driving planning discipline, and ensuring alignment between internal teams and contractors.The role will also champion the use of Primavera OPC and Last Planner System (LPS) methodologies to enhance collaboration, accuracy, and predictability in project delivery.Responsibilities:Own and manage the project planning and scheduling function, ensuring robust governance and control of all project schedules.Develop, integrate, and maintain detailed master schedules using Primavera P6 / OPC in alignment with project scope, milestones, and deliverables.Lead the implementation of the Last Planner System (LPS) and promote collaborative planning practices across all project phases.Liaise closely with contractor and subcontractor planners to ensure consistency, accuracy, and integration of third-party schedules into the master program.Review and validate contractor schedules, logic links, progress updates, and forecasts, identifying variances and potential risks.Facilitate schedule coordination meetings, progress reviews, and planning workshops with stakeholders.Provide clear, data-driven insight into schedule performance, critical paths, and key risks.Interface with cost control, risk management, and project controls teams to align schedules with cost and performance reporting.Support management with scenario planning, recovery strategies, and schedule risk analysis.Drive continuous improvement in planning standards, tools, and reporting processes. We are looking to recruit a Candidate: Strong expertise in Primavera P6 and Primavera OPC (Oracle Primavera Cloud), with hands-on experience in schedule development, progress tracking, and reporting.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project planning and scheduling within engineering, construction, or EPC environments.Solid understanding of Last Planner System (LPS) and Lean Construction methodologies.Proven ability to manage and coordinate with contractor planners and multi-discipline teams.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.Clear communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage all project stakeholders.Proactive, organized, and results-driven approach.
