This role requires leadership, negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple activities across different teams.This is a 9-month maternity leave cover position. As a part of your job, you will:1. Client Contract Negotiation and Management: • Lead contract negotiations with clients' procurement departments, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while protecting the company's interests.• Review and analyze contract terms, identify risks, propose solutions to mitigate them.• Interact with the Legal Team, when required..• Oversee the management of existing contracts, including amendments, renewals, and terminations, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.• Lead new clients onboarding processes, including contract negotiation and signature2. Partnership Management: • Develop and maintain partnerships with external organizations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and contractual requirements.• Partnership onboarding processes, including contract negotiation and signature.3. Supplier Management: • Qualify suppliers based on spend categories and negotiate contracts up to signature, ensuring compliance with B2B requirements.• Manage purchase order issuing, invoicing, and payment release processes, collaborating with internal stakeholders and suppliers.• Manage annual supplier performance management activities, fostering relationships and driving continuous improvement.4. Process Improvement: • Continuously evaluate and improve contract negotiation, partnership management, and supplier management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.• Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to streamline workflows and minimize risks.5. Stakeholder Communication: • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners regarding contract-related matters, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.• Communicate effectively with clients' procurement departments, partners, and suppliers to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.6. Risk Management and Compliance: • Maintain up-to-date records of contracts, rate cards, and intellectual property rights to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.• Shield Celfocus intellectual property rights by registering assets and frameworks as necessary and providing guidance on the correct usage of open-source software. What are we looking for? Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification preferred. Proven experience in contract negotiation and management, partnership management, and supplier relationship management (ideally in the IT industry). Solid understanding of contract law, risk management, and compliance requirements. Affinity for analyzing complex contracts with legal awareness. Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Fluency in English is mandatory (verbal and written). Personal traits Negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
