Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with clients, event managers, in-house creatives, and external vendors to ensure all aspects of event planning and execution are aligned with client and project goals.Apply for the necessary event licenses and permits through relevant Portuguese authorities, ensuring full regulatory compliance.Manage the setup and production on-site, ensuring smooth operations and delivery of high-quality events.Coordinate with internal teams to deliver successful and impactful events.Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, from small corporate events to large-scale public gatherings or exhibitions.Handle logistics and maintain inventory control for all event-related equipment and materials.Requirements A strong network of reliable suppliers, contractors, and event partners in Portugal. Solid hands-on experience and knowledge of audiovisual systems and technologies. Independent decision-maker with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. Proven experience in crisis management and quick problem-solving during live events. Exceptional time-management and multitasking capabilities under tight deadlines. Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills. High attention to detail and a passion for events and experiential activations. Calm, resourceful, and adaptable under pressure. Professional fluency in English and Portuguese is preferred.
