Senior SAP SD/MM Consultant

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior SAP SD/MM Consultant to support a global life sciences digital transformation program. This role will focus on driving business value through the implementation and optimization of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM) modules, with an emphasis on integrating SAP TM (Transportation Management) and GTS (Global Trade Services). You will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, and efficient solutions.What You Will Be Doing:Support functional design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SD and MM processes.Collaborate with logistics, supply chain, and trade compliance teams to enable end-to-end process flows.Ensure effective integration between SD/MM and SAP TM/GTS systems for transportation and global trade operations.Support fit-gap analysis, solution architecture, and process mapping workshops.Work with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications.Conduct unit testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and coordinate cutover activities.Provide guidance and best practices for master data alignment and process harmonization.Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a regulated, GxP-compliant environment.Offer post-go-live support and knowledge transfer to internal teams.Qualifications6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SD and MM implementations and rollouts.Proven experience in SAP SD/MM integration with SAP TM and/or GTS (basic to intermediate level).Strong understanding of order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and logistics execution processes.Experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries preferred.Familiarity with GxP, validation processes, and documentation standards.Ability to work in global teams and communicate effectively with business and IT stakeholders.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.Fluent in English.Additional InformationWHY YOU SHOULD JOIN FUSION:At Fusion, you’ll join a diverse team of talented professionals from around the world, united by a passion for delivering impactful digital transformation in the life sciences industry.
