Head of Product

We’re looking for an experienced Head of Product to lead Zyte’s SaaS portfolio of solutions for engineers. You’ll shape and deliver the strategies for our two promises to engineers - Automated, lean access to any website with complete control Make the AI software development revolution work for web scrapingThis is a key leadership role driving growth—from product-market fit and pricing strategy to acquisition, retention, and customer expansion.You’ll lead multiple product teams, mentor product owners and collaborate closely with Engineering, Marketing, and Commercial leaders to shape our solutions and our growth. This role is ideal for someone passionate about AI, developer experience, and scaling products that empower technical audiences.ResponsibilitiesProduct Leadership & VisionShape the high-level product narratives, major features and priorities of Zyte’s portfolio of solutions for engineers, ensuring that each product’s roadmap delivers on our customer promises and our commercial growth goals.Work closely with the product owners of the SAAS teams for the discovery of feature detail with close customer input, on ruthless prioritisation and for high quality execution. Be the champion across the business for the communication of our plans - ensuring that we launch new products and new features with poise, that our sales teams speak to our strengths and that the wider business is clear on our choices and our direction. Work closely with our engineering leaders to link product and platform thinking - ensuring our products have the underlying technologies they need and that we exploit the advantages of our technical strengths. Growth, Acquisition & RetentionSet and drive the goals for your teams on key metrics - in activations, adoptions, growth and retention. Champion activity between product owners, UX and technology for refinement in experience, onboarding journeys and speed to user value. Ensure teams draw upon experimentation, data analysis and user feedback to drive continuous improvement. Lead a broader business programme of growth initiatives for SAAS —identifying, prioritizing, and executing change actions across acquisition, activation, and retention. Co-ordinate with Product Marketing, Marketing, Customer Success and Sales teams to spot opportunities for improvement, to execute, measure and iterate. Report on key performance metrics and product outcomes to senior leadership, providing actionable insights and recommendations to guide strategic decisions and resource allocation.Pricing Strategy & Market PositioningLead activities to closely monitor the competitive landscape and emerging market trends to inform product, pricing and positioning.Shape and evolve Zyte’s pricing approaches - finding optimal balances between drivers of competitivity, market capture, ease of understanding and margin. Partner with Commercial and Finance teams to test pricing hypotheses, assess response, and support scalable revenue growth.Team Leadership & CollaborationLead a team of product owners responsible for Zyte’s engineer-focussed products. Foster a culture of collaboration, customer focus, and data-driven decision making across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.Lead clarity and alignment across squads to ensure timely delivery and impact.Customer & Market InsightBe the champion of the customer— engineers, data professionals, technical decision makers and data centric enterprises. Closely monitor emerging opportunities and trends in web scraping, data, AI and software engineering. Take the lead on prioritising these for action and the shaping of our responses.Leverage user and customer insights to guide product priorities and strategic investment.Shape products for developers in their rapidly evolving reality of AI-assisted engineering; therefore, hands-on experience with code, a background in engineering, or significant experience building products for engineers is a must.Requirements7+ years in product management, with 2+ years in a senior or group-level leadership role.Deep understanding of B2B SaaS growth levers—acquisition, activation, retention, monetization.Track record of managing and scaling successful SaaS or API-first products.Experience leading pricing strategy and go-to-market alignment.Analytical mindset with strong communication and storytelling skills.
