Then join ]init[ Portugal and become part of our teamTo be considered for this role, you’ll need to be based in Portugal.What there is to doDevelopment, training, and optimization of AI and ML models with a focus on LLM and pipeline developmentImplementation and integration of AI-driven solutions across a wide range of use casesWorking with modern frameworks and technologies to deliver intelligent automationDevelopment and maintenance of scalable backend services for AI modelsActively contributing to the AI strategy through innovative solution approachesWhat you bring alongDegree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a comparable qualificationSeveral years of professional experience in developing AI/ML applicationsStrong Python skills and experience with common AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain)Experience in developing LLMs and NLP pipelinesProficient in working with data processing tools such as Pandas, NumPy, and MatplotlibKnowledge of prompting, vector embeddings, and fine-tuning of AI modelsExcellent English and good German skills complete your profileWhat we offerStay flexible: Whether you prefer working remotely or in the office, the choice is yours.
