The company Our client is a green tech start-up based in Coimbra (Portugal). They are an experienced company in the circular economy field, and we work every day to be the best company in the world in this area. And they just raised a 3M€ seed round to bring impact to the community.About the Role We are looking for a Sales Manager who will focus on international markets and manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to the final negotiation.Key Responsibilities ● Own the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure. ● Identify and engage with mid-to-large enterprises in retail, electronics, and other relevant sectors.● Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth. ● Work closely with marketing and product teams to align go-to-market strategies. ● Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. ● Track sales performance and report on pipeline progress, using CRM tools.Required Skills & Experience ● 4-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in a startup or scale-up environment. ● Proven track record of closing deals with mid-to-large enterprises. ● Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills. ● Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools. ● Fluency in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus). ● Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. ● Experience in retail, circular economy, or sustainability is a plus.
