Applications that do not explicitly demonstrate the required background will not be considered.Role OverviewWe are looking for a PMO – Cyber Costs & Program profile to support cybersecurity governance, budgeting, and vendor relationship management within an international environment.This role combines PMO activities, financial follow-up, and stakeholder coordination, with a strong focus on managing cybersecurity service consumption, cost control, KPIs, and administrative support to senior leadership.You will act as a key interface between Cybersecurity teams and an external IT service provider, ensuring transparency, budget accuracy, and operational alignment.Key Responsibilities· Build and maintain a strong working relationship with an external IT services provider· Ensure realistic annual projections for cybersecurity service consumption· Monitor and control cybersecurity-related budgets, from planning to execution· Identify deviations and raise alerts to senior management when needed· Provide administrative and organizational support to the Head of Cybersecurity· Support both planned and ad-hoc management requestsMain Activities· Follow up on contracts related to cybersecurity services· Contribute to the definition of new cybersecurity service needs· Prepare and monitor annual and quarterly budget projections· Perform budget reconciliations (quarterly and yearly)· Support operational teams during annual cybersecurity campaigns and execution tracking· Define, collect, and maintain KPIs to monitor cybersecurity activities· Maintain and update the cybersecurity skills plan· Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for senior stakeholdersRequired Skills & Experience· Minimum 2 years of experience in IT· Experience in PMO, reporting, budget control, or program support· Strong ability to produce regular and ad-hoc reports· Solid knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)· Cybersecurity knowledge or exposure is a plusLanguages· English: Very good oral and written level (mandatory)Soft Skills· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail· Client-oriented mindset· Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment· Adaptability and flexibility· Analytical thinking and structured approachOther Information· Availability to travel outside Portugal, if requiredList of keywords that must be included in your CVPMO, Cybersecurity, Cyber Costs, Budget Control, Cost Monitoring, Program Management, IT Governance, Reporting, KPI, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Stakeholder Management, Vendor Management, Contract Follow-up, Risk Awareness, English, Lisbon#CI - PROC26017
