We are IPLAN GESTIÓN INTEGRAL, a company specialized in engineering services mainly in the electrical sector, civil works, renewable energies, environmental projects and legalizations.We are part of VULCAIN ENGINEERING, an international French engineering group with a multisectoral approach, working across key areas of infrastructure and energy.We are currently looking for a PIPING INSPECTOR (SITE) to join our team located in Sines (Portugal).📒 What will your day-to-day look like? Provide support to the Project QA/QC Manager in all Quality Control–related activities and act as Deputy QA/QC Manager when required. Serve as QA/QC and Inspection Representative, ensuring compliance with local regulations, project standards and internal procedures. Perform QA/QC activities for the assigned project or construction contract, including attending meetings, responding to RFIs and conducting inspections. Verify technical conformity with contractual requirements throughout construction, erection and installation works, ensuring compliance with execution plans, delivery deadlines and manufacturing quality. Manage and update all QA/QC deliverables within the applicable IT tools (EasyPlant, GAIA, etc.). Analyze information provided by construction contractors and monitor KPI evolution. Identify and report any QA/QC deviations or issues affecting quality or deliveries, coordinating corrective actions and ensuring follow-up until closure. Contribute to the technical evaluation of offers related to the construction Scope of Work. Support the preparation of performance evaluations for construction contractors and inspection agencies. Apply expertise in piping works, standards compliance and inspection documentation. 💡 What are we looking for? Education: Technical Diploma or Bachelor's Engineering degree. Minimum 3 years of on-site experience in piping works. Proficiency with Office software tools. Languages: Spanish, English (B2) and Portuguese. Knowledge of ENDS, with desired certifications, and Level II Visual Welding Inspector certification. Ability to prepare accurate, clear and detailed reports showing compliance with applicable construction codes and project specifications.
