Em que consiste esta posição? Enquanto Business Operations Manager és o braço direito do Managing Director e tens a responsabilidade de garantir que a empresa funciona de forma eficiente e organizada. O teu papel combina business operations, people operations e finance operations, assegurando que todos os processos internos — desde o controlo financeiro à gestão de colaboradores — estão bem estruturados, atualizados e otimizados. És, também, responsável por criar previsões financeiras e operacionais, apoiar decisões estratégicas através de dados sólidos e assegurar uma operação interna fluida e orientada para resultados. Propósito: Construir e gerir uma operação sólida que permita o crescimento sustentável da empresa. O que vais fazer Business Operations Coordenar objetivos anuais/mensais e ciclos de performance. Garantir organização e atualização das nossas ferramentas (Notion, Drive, Slack, Factorial). Desenvolver dashboards e apoiar equipas com processos e rituais internos. Implementar e gerir a ferramenta de gestão de tarefas. People Operations Coordenar iniciativas de cultura, engagement e comunicação interna. Estruturar políticas de RH, garantir conformidade legal e apoiar colaboradores em dúvidas operacionais. Acompanhar medicina no trabalho, férias e documentação laboral. Finance Operations Apoiar na projeção financeira, controlo orçamental e otimização de custos. Assegurar pagamentos, gestão de faturas e atualização regular do P&L. Garantir cumprimento de obrigações legais, fiscais e documentação de compliance (incluindo RGPD). O que procuramos Skills Essenciais Forte capacidade de organização, estruturação de processos e gestão de ferramentas internas (Notion, Drive, Slack, Factorial). Comunicação clara, diplomática e capacidade de coordenação entre equipas. Conhecimentos sólidos de People Ops (contratos, políticas, compliance laboral). Bases de Finance Ops (tesouraria, faturação, reporting, controlo orçamental). Autonomia, atenção ao detalhe e facilidade em trabalhar com ferramentas digitais. Estrutura, disciplina e orientação para a execução. Capacidade de gerir múltiplas responsabilidades em simultâneo. Proatividade, autonomia e forte sentido de responsabilidade.
