This position will be based on-site in Lisbon, Portugal. RequirementsLead a team of Mechanical EngineersProposing suitable changes to design to improve cost efficiency, ease construction programme, and to enhance specification and quality completionDisplay commercial astutenessMonitor construction, regarding quality of workmanship and materialsCoordinate and liaise with contracts manager, site engineers and other discipline leads to ensure that all subcontractors and site personnel have timely and accurate informationCheck and ensure understanding of drawings and specifications. Ensure that any errors/omissions are formally communicated to the design team in a timely mannerEstablish project resource requirements and lead and motivate the project team Oversee highest quality of health and safety Skills and Qualifications:Bachelors’ degree in Engineering or relevant areaStrong knowledge of procurementExperience in scheduling, programming, and sequencingExperience in effectively leading MEP teams is essential Experience in the delivery in Data Center MEP projectsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsBenefitsWork for a market leader delivering turnkey data centre projectsCollaborative working environmentSupportive career and fast-track developmentCompetitive salaries and a rotational rosterWinthrop Technologies Ltd are an equal opportunities employer
