Nuestra experiencia se extiende por sectores tan dinámicos como el alcohol, tabaco, perfumería, chocolate, tecnología y productos de gran consumo.Hoy, damos un paso más: llegamos al mercado español con la fuerza de una empresa consolidada y la visión fresca de una marca en expansión.Convertimos consumidores en clientes fieles.Creamos experiencias que dejan huella.Beauty Consultant – Premium SkincareLisbon Airport (ARI Duty Free)Full-time (35h/week)We are currently building a talent pool for an upcoming project 2026 in Lisbon Airport, one of the most strategic duty free locations in Southern Europe.We are looking for an experienced Beauty Consultant with strong skincare knowledge and a commercial mindset, ready to perform in a fast-paced, international retail environment.What you will doProvide an outstanding customer experience to international travelersActively drive sales and conversion in a high-traffic duty free environmentAdvise customers on skincare routines, with a focus on anti-ageing solutionsPromote hero skincare and fragrance productsMaintain excellent merchandising and brand standardsRepresent a premium brand with professionalism and enthusiasmWho we are looking forYou are a beauty retail professional with a strong commercial attitude.You have:Experience as a Beauty Consultant in:Premium skincare, dermocosmetics or luxury beautyDuty free or airport retail (strong plus)Proven selling skills and customer engagementGood knowledge of skincare routines and anti-ageing productsHigh level of autonomy, motivation and reliabilityLanguagesPortuguese: fluentEnglish: fluent (interviews will be in English)Contract & working conditionsFull-time contract: 35 hours per week Freelance working5 days a week (rotating shifts)Flexible shift schedulingJoin a premium beauty project in a top international airport with strong professional growth opportunities.
