We are seeking a dedicated Content Moderator to join our team in our Lisbon office. If youre looking for an exciting opportunity in a dynamic, multicultural environment, this is the role for you Position: Content ModeratorLocation: Lisbon, PortugalWork Model: On-siteEmployment Type: Full-timeRemuneration: Competitive Base Salary Key Responsibilities: Review Ads: Monitor and review advertisements for an online platform.Content Management: Delete and block content according to policies; filter, organize, and evaluate material. Requirements: Fluency in Albanian: Native or fluent in both oral and written forms.English Proficiency: Upper-intermediate level (B2).Eligibility: No resident card required; Israeli citizens with a Job Seeker visa are welcome.Tech Savvy: Comfortable with computer use and quick to learn new tools.Content Sensitivity: Able to review potentially inappropriate, violent, or explicit content without bias.Critical Thinking: Strong skills in contextual and critical thinking.Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment with high volumes and changing demands.Independence & Teamwork: Capable of working independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
