Youwillberesponsible for contributing to, and helpingshapethetechnicaldirection of thedepartment, whilehelpingusdeliveronthetechnicalaspectsourdepartmentalvision.Set and maintain the long-term technical strategy in collaboration with team members, and lead critical architectural decisions across their codebase in collaboration with senior leadership.Provide technical leadership across entire codebases, acting as a subject matter expert and key decision maker for architecture, scalability, and system reliability. Define strategic technical direction and develop actionable plans to improve KPIs. Shape the engineering culture and establish technical standards that promote consistency, reusability, and high-quality development practices across the organization.
