This role requires strong technical proficiency in building complex web applications, with a focus on creating simple, high-impact user experiences. You’ll work across the full stack using PHP, Laravel, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, contributing to system design, development, and continuous improvement. The role involves close collaboration with product management, business stakeholders, and customers, so strong communication skills are essential.We value developers who are curious, collaborative, and committed to continuous learning. This role offers a high-impact opportunity to shape the future of our platform architecture and engineering practices.Duties and ResponsibilitiesPeopleCollaborate with internal departments on system enhancements, problem resolution, and project requirements.Act as a mentor and support resource to junior developers within the team.Participate in cross-functional knowledge sharing and training activities.Foster a team culture grounded in curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.ClientDevelop, test, and debug full-stack application code in line with business requirements.Maintain version control and follow established change management practices.Analyze and enhance existing systems and processes to improve performance and usability.Translate functional requirements into reliable and scalable application features.ValueDesign and implement user-facing features and backend services using modern development frameworks and tools within the PHP ecosystem.Apply best practices in software architecture, clean coding, and testing to support enterprise-grade solutions.Create and maintain technical documentation, including specifications and process definitions.Support planning and estimation efforts to meet key project milestones and delivery objectives.Engage with external vendors when necessary for system integration or support.Education and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent professional experience.Minimum of 3 years in a full-stack or application development role with proven experience in enterprise systems.Computer SkillsLanguages: PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQLFrameworks: LaravelDatabases: Experience with relational database systems (RDBMS)Familiarity with version control systems and modern development workflows#Li-remote
