Customer Service Representative French On-site Position: Customer Service Representative Language: French Location: Braga, Portugal (On-site) Start Date: 6 November 2025 Schedule: Monday to Friday: 07:00 19:00 (Rotational Shifts) Days Off: Saturday and Sunday Your Mission: Join our growing team in Braga and become the friendly, reliable voice for our French-speaking customers As a Customer Service Representative, youll help clients solve their problems, answer questions, and create positive experiences that build trust and loyalty. Youll work in a supportive environment where communication, teamwork, and empathy make all the difference. What Youll Do: Assist customers in French via phone, email, and chat. Handle inquiries and provide accurate, efficient solutions. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in every interaction. Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues effectively. Represent the company with professionalism and positivity. What You Bring: Fluency in French (spoken and written). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A customer-oriented mindset with patience and empathy. Ability to work in rotational shifts (Monday to Friday). Team spirit and willingness to work in an on-site environment.
