Description du poste Filière/Métier Sales & Marketing - Sales & Marketing Intitulé du poste VIE - Sales Support Contrat Contrat VIE Description de la mission Au sein de l'équipe commerciale du Sales & Marketing Stellantis Potugal, vous évoluerez dans l'un des environnements les plus stratégiques du secteur automobile. Véritable support auprès des équipes Sales du département, votre aurez une implication directe dans la définition, la mise en place et le suivi de la stratégie commerciale. Mission: Administration des ventesAccompagner les plans d'actions commerciales, le développement commercial et les tâches administratives de la marque au quotidienTâches :-Maintenir tous les KPI commerciaux à jour quotidiennement (commandes/inscriptions/livraisons/factures)-Mettre à jour les KPI mensuels et élaborer le rapport de décision (commande/inscriptions/livraisons/factures + offres aux clients + rapports qualité – recommandations et résultats des demandes de satisfaction)-Analyser les stocks et les commandes (NSC et réseau) pour les volumes potentiels-Développer de nouveaux KPI pour mesurer les performances du réseau et du NSC-Élaborer des classements de réseaux-Calculer le bonus de réseau sur une base mensuelle et soumettre au paiement-Traitement des réclamations du réseau (paiements dus et autres problèmes)-Supporter le département B2B et MKT en cas de besoin-Gestion et distribution des commandes des bailleursInteractions :-Département commercial (Manager, Business Coaches NV et B2B)-Département MKT-Flux de voitures (logistique)-Structure du siège de l'administration des ventes. Profil Vous avez une bonne capacité de rédaction et d'analyse. Rigueur et souci de la qualité, vision synthétique, à l'aise avec les chiffres, aptitude à aller à l'essentiel, initiative, autonomie, curiosité, sens des responsabilités, souci de simplification et résistance au stress. Très bonnes connaissances en Excel.
