Search Engine / Technical Customer Service Representative (German + English) Location: Lisbon, Portugal Work Model: On-site Start Date: 8 January 2026 Contract Type: Fixed-term contract (CDD – 6 months) Working Schedule Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM – 08:00 PM (Rotational shifts) Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM Days Off: 2 rotational days off per week Role Overview We are looking for a German-speaking Search Engine / Technical Customer Service Representative to support users of a global search engine and digital services platform. In this role, you will assist customers with technical and account-related inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a high-quality support experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Provide technical and customer support via phone, email, and/or chat in German and English Assist users with search engine tools, account settings, and technical troubleshooting Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues related to digital services Accurately document customer interactions and solutions in internal systems Follow internal guidelines, procedures, and quality standards Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction KPIs Escalate complex technical issues to specialized support teams when necessary Work collaboratively with internal technical and operations teams Requirements Fluent German (C1 or native level) Good command of English for internal communication Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends Comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal Languages Supported This project supports multiple markets, including French, Italian, German, and Dutch. German + English are mandatory for this role. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: €1,100 (paid over 14 months) Performance Bonus: €135 (paid over 12 months) Complexity Allowance: €120 (paid over 11 months) Meal Allowance: 7.63 € per day Health Insurance: since day 1 (free after 6 months of contract.)
