Implement innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions with expertise in Employee Central, and/or Employee Central Time Management.  Guide clients on SAP best practices and innovations, staying aligned with the SuccessFactors roadmap and broader HR tech landscape  Lead client process walkthroughs to align business needs with system functionality  Design and configure SuccessFactors systems based on HR best practices  Facilitate workshops and training sessions for key users  Ensure effective knowledge transfer to clients and internal support teams  Collaborate with international colleagues across SD Worx’s Cloud Business Line to share knowledge and drive innovation What do you have to offer? Having led at least ONE end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or Times Management solutions. Another modules would be considered a plus.  Strong communication skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality presentations to senior client stakeholders  Proactive and enthusiastic about learning and staying up to date with the latest SAP technologies SuccessFactors Associate EC or Time Management Certification.
