This role provides the unique chance to work in beautiful Greece while assisting Swedish-speaking customers in navigating their online shopping experience.Responsibilities Provide outstanding support to Swedish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding their inquiries about fashion products and services. Assist customers with order placements, returns, and exchanges while ensuring a smooth shopping experience. Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to track inquiries and feedback. Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance overall customer satisfaction. Stay updated on fashion trends, product offerings, and promotions to provide informed assistance. Requirements Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus. Experience in customer service, preferably in the fashion or e-commerce industry. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism. Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office applications. Willingness to work in Greece and adapt to a new cultural environment. A genuine interest in fashion and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
