Job Description Do you have strong expertise in virtualization technologies and want to work in a high-performance enterprise environment? Inetum is looking for a Virtualization Administrator (Level 2/3 – N2/N3) to manage, optimize, and troubleshoot complex virtualized infrastructures across multiple platforms. Your Key Responsibilities Implement and support virtualization solutions using VMware, XenServer, or KVM, ensuring optimal performance for critical workloads. Design and manage virtual networks, storage, and compute resources, integrating seamlessly with the existing IT landscape. Perform patching, upgrades, migrations, and hardening (CIS benchmarks) across virtual environments. Monitor system performance and availability, proactively addressing issues to ensure business continuity. Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical incidents in a multi-site virtualized environment. Automate routine tasks and improve efficiency using PowerShell, Python, or Bash scripting. Attend and support Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) tests. Provide on-call support and ensure SLA adherence for incident resolution. Review and resolve support tickets, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery. Document all procedures, configurations, and best practices related to virtualization operations. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years' experience in virtualization or infrastructure roles (N2/N3 level). Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related area. Proficient in VMware, XenServer, or KVM virtualization technologies. Solid understanding of virtual network architecture, storage, and compute resource management. Experience with system patching, upgrades, migrations, and CIS security hardening. Skilled in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex incidents. Good communication skills to collaborate with technical and functional teams. Fluent in English (B2–C1 level). Willingness to participate in on-call rotation. Nice to Have Experience with Disaster Recovery Planning and Testing (DRP). Familiarity with ticketing systems ( ServiceNow, Jira). Understanding of ITIL practices for change, incident, and problem management. Exposure to hybrid cloud or container-based virtualization environments (, Docker, Kubernetes).
